Mr. Tom Lilly

Tom Lilly was born in Tripoli, Libya and moved to Panama City, FL in 1975. After graduation from Rutherford High School in 1983 he joined the Military to study Artillery Electronics and served his country for two years. Tom's career in CATV started with Star Cable TV in Panama City, Fl where he provided installation for cable customers and he quickly advanced to Field and Headend maintenance. This system was purchased by Essex Cable TV in 1986 where Tom obtained his skills in the Essex training courses which earned him the rank of Chief Cable Technician. In 1988 he began to build several cable systems with an entrepeneur named John Weeks Sr. which led to the start of a refurbishing equipment company where Tom was in charge of repair and operations. Tom moved to Georgia in 1994 to work for John Weeks Enterprises, beginning in the warehouse, where he moved up to Inside Sales for the Company and quickly advanced to Outside Sales in 1995. With his strong, positive team attitude and professionalism, Tom was promoted to V.P. of Sales and Operations in 2002. Tom's territory with JWE is the Southeast area of the United States. Tom is married to Cheryl and they have two boys named Cameron and Connor.
